‘Million Dollar Listing New York’: How Pals, Pets, and Texts Can Ruin a Sale

“Million Dollar Listing New York” is proof that even when you’re wheeling and dealing with gorgeous seven-figure properties, a whole lot can sour a sale. You’d certainly think that star real estate agents Fredrik Eklund, Ryan Serhant, and Steve Gold have their pro game down by this point, but watching the latest episode, “Co-List or No-List,” it’s clear that even they have their blind spots (for instance, everyone must love little dogs in cute outfits, right?).
