Collecting rent on time is one of the most important aspects of being a real estate investor and/or property manager. However, it’s also one of the aspects that can feel the most awkward.
It can feel awkward because tenants are people, and they are paying you to live somewhere safe and warm. Every person, and therefore, every tenant living on your property, has a story.
