How Accurate Are Television House Flipping Shows?
By reinvestor on December 2, 2015
As a house flipper myself, I tend to watch a flipping show on television once in a while. Some of the shows I enjoy, some of the shows are a little over the top, but they all have one thing in common. Television house flipping shows are a very bad portrayal of what it is really like to flip houses. Not only are they not accurate at portraying what it is like to flip houses, but they teach some really bad lessons with the houses they buy and profits margins they go after.
