One of the best ways to make money as a real estate agent is utilizing your circle of influence. Selling homes to your friends and family is a great way to get started, especially if your friends and family refer people to you as well. However, some agents worry that they cannot be successful if they are new to a town or will be moving to a new town, because they have no friends or family in that town.
