Apartment Amenities that Come at a Cost

Lush amenities may make for the “perfect” apartment, but over time those luxurious extras may be more of a burden than a blessing. Think of it this way: if an amenity requires more time for upkeep than time spent enjoying it, is it really worth it? Take a swimming pool, for example. It gets used for a few months and the rest of the year it just sits there.
